Mr Steinmeier has seen positive changes in Russia’s position. Really? The new attacks has just started, new places are occupied by Russian or Russian-sposored terrorists. This is the 2nd wrong signal from German government.
Also, yesterday I had a meeting with well known analyst Vladimir Socor (Jamestown Foundation). One of his specializations is conflict in Transnistria. He has asked me to spread two messages in Ukraine:
1) “Ceasefire would be disaster” helping separatists to re-group their forces;
2) OSCE could not be a mediator, it can play its role only in solving humanitarian issues and monitoring activity.
